• You are only purchasing the digital drawing. For any extra physical object, check commission prices.• I'll always send you a painted sketch for your approval before starting the final painting process. In this phase you can still point and ask for any changes without additional charge.• Before accepting your comission i will ask you what kind of commission do you have in mind, to see if it fits my style before accepting it. If you go ahead and change your idea later to something that I don't want to work on, we have to stick to the original idea or you can cancel the commission but you'll lose the money.•Any changes that need to be made because of a mistake on my part (that was clearly specified on the references) will be fixed with no extra charge.• Be sure to specify which pose and angle you want (with references) before the sketch phase, because only medium/minor changes are allowed after I start the sketch. Big changes (such as different pose or angle) that require to discard the current sketch and do another one will have an extra charge per character (depending on how complex the sketch was), If you don't specify what you want, I'll assume you want to give me freedom on this. In short: If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.• If you want to order an illustration for commercial use (Ex: Reproducing and selling the artwork, using it as an avatar/banner, etc for your store or Twitch/Youtube channel) it will be 3x more the base price (example, if the base price is 15€ it will be 15€x3=45€).
• I reserve the right to increase the price if you want a very high detailed drawing (warned beforehand).• Do not ask me to draw in a different style other than mine.• By commissioning me you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any Paypal chargeback.•As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be SLIGHT differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.• I usually do the comissions as fast as i can, but the deadline is one month. This means that If I gave you a slot for July, for example, your commission will be done between July 1st and July 31st.• If you want an emergency comission, you need to pay the urgency tax (50% of its original price).

• As an artist, i am allowed to post your comission on my social media and or portfolio (if its a surprise or gift, you can tell me and i can arrange that).As a commissioner you ARE ALLOWED to:• Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page (with no profit purposes unless you paid the 50% fee).• Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's ONLY for your personal use and NOT FOR SALE.• Use it as decoration for your profile pic.You are NOT ALLOWED to:• Change, modify, or use my works without my permission.• Reproduce the my artwork commercially (this means making money of it in any way).• Take credit for the art.• Remove my watermarks /signatures.

• I accept MbWay and bank transfer (portuguese only options) and paypal for international orders.• I require FULL payment before I start the artwork.• You have no right to make a chargeback, cancel the payment or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after payment is received.• Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission.

• Estás a comprar apenas o desenho digital. Para qualquer objeto físico adicional, consulta os preços de encomenda.• Vou sempre enviar um esboço pintado para aprovar antes de iniciar o processo de pintura final. Nesta fase, o cliente pode ainda fazer alterações sem qualquer custo adicional.• Antes de aceitar a tua encomenda, pergunto que tipo de encomenda tens em mente, para ver se se adequa ao meu estilo antes de a aceitar. Se mais tarde mudares a ideia para algo em que eu não queira trabalhar, temos de manter a ideia original ou podes cancelar a encomenda, mas perderá o dinheiro.• Quaisquer alterações que tenham de ser feitas devido a um erro da minha parte (que tenha sido claramente especificado nas referências) serão corrigidas sem custos adicionais.• Porfavor especifica a pose e o ângulo que pretendes (com referências) antes da fase de esboço, porque só são permitidas alterações médias/pequenas depois de eu começar o esboço. As grandes alterações (como uma pose ou ângulo diferentes) que exijam a eliminação do esboço atual e a realização de outro terão um custo adicional por personagem (dependendo da complexidade do esboço). Se não especificares o que queres anteriormente, assumo que pretendes dar-me liberdade criativa. Resumindo: se a tua referência não for clara no início, não poderás fazer pequenas alterações sem pagar uma taxa. Certifica-te de que és claro no teu pedido o que pretendes.• Se pretenderes encomendar uma ilustração para uso comercial (Ex: Reproduzir e vender a ilustração, usá-la como avatar/banner, etc. para a uma loja ou canal Twitch/Youtube) irei cobrar 3x mais do que o preço base (exemplo: se o preço base for 15€, será 15x3=45€).• Reservo-me o direito de aumentar o preço se quiser um desenho muito detalhado (avisado em antemão).• Não desenho num estilo diferente do meu.• Ao encomendar-me, estás automaticamente a aceitar os meus Termos de Serviço e a ser obrigado a segui-los. Para além de prometer que não pedirás nenhum cashback do Paypal.• Como artista, a minha arte está em constante evolução, pelo que poderá haver ligeiras diferenças entre as amostras na minha galeria e a ilustração que irá receber.• Normalmente, faço as encomendas o mais rapidamente possível, mas o prazo de entrega é de um mês.• Se quisers uma ilustração com urgência, tem de pagar a taxa de urgência (50% do preço original).

• Como artista, eu tenho o direito de postar a comissão nas minhas redes sociais ou portefolio (se for um presente ou surpresa podemos chegar a um acordo).Como cliente, é lhe PERMITIDO:• Repostar a arte noutros sites com o devido crédito(sem fins lucrativos, a menos que tenha pago a taxa de 50%).• Imprimir a arte e até fazer o merchandising que quiser, desde que seja APENAS para uso pessoal e NÃO PARA VENDA.• Utilizá-la como fotografia de perfil.NÃO É PERMITIDO:• Alterar, modificar ou utilizar as minhas obras sem a minha autorização.• Reproduzir a minha ilustração comercialmente (isto significa ganhar dinheiro com ela de qualquer forma).• Ficar com os créditos da ilustração.• Remover as minhas marcas de água/assinaturas.
